Spring Term Project Reflection Journal

            For our Spring Term Project we needed to create a 20 page website on topics such as different types or art, or presidents, and even different tourists of NYC. For my project I decided to create a website on the tourist hotspots of NYC because we live here and I figure I can easily come up with places and things to talk about to input as content on my website. For the beginning of the project I created a wireframe for my website and a storyboard so I can formulate my plan and make it easier on myself when creating the project. I also decided to do 5 different tourist spots each with four sections such as "Fun Facts", "About", and etc. This would make 20 pages and with my Home and Sources pages I would have a total of 22 pages in the end. After figuring that out I started working on my project and throughout the entirety of the project there were bumps here and there and one of the biggest problems I faced was the linking because I had to make sure that each page did not have any broken links so it can be a fully functional website. I ended up finishing the website and content in the end although my sources page lacked any CSS I think I did pretty okay and I was ready to present.
            The presentation part of the project came as a bit of surprise but I got ready for it and turns out I was the first one to go. For the presentation I think I clearly explained my website and all the pages within it as each hotspots had the same layouts in order to create consistency and the only difference within the pages was the images as each place was different. I also explained how i had some technical difficulties such as some centering of the title text as well as linking and overall I think I had a good presentation for being the first one to present and I know I can do things better for next time.
